Since joining Pavion in 2021, Joe has not only expanded the company's service portfolios and geographic reach but also significantly improved business operations, customer service, and financial performance metrics. Before his tenure at Pavion, Joe held senior executive roles at industry giants, Johnson Controls and Tyco International. As Vice President and General Manager of Global Fire Detection Products, Global Ducted Systems, and the Security Division, Joe managed full P&L responsibilities for divisions, generating over $2 billion in revenue. He led global teams across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, M&A, R&D, Manufacturing, and Retail, overseeing a workforce of 8,000 employees and 100+ field offices worldwide.
