Kevin Purcell

Kevin Purcell brings over 20 years of HVAC experience, including executive-level leadership, sales management, and team building. The past 10 years Kevin served as President and Director of Sales for the largest residential replacement company in the U.S., where the team earned national recognition by winning the prestigious Director’s Cup and several SOAR Awards.
Previously, Kevin held the position of Georgia DSO (Dealer Sales Office) Manager where he led the Trane office as one of the fastest-growing HVAC sales departments in North America. Under his leadership, the Georgia DSO led the country in year-over-year (YOY) growth of Motor Bearing Units and consistently ranked as one of the Top 5 DSO offices in Residential, Light Commercial, and New Dealer Development sales.
Prior to leading the GA office, Kevin served as Sales Leader for the Indiana-Michigan Trane DSO, which nationally was recognized for top sales performance, earning the esteemed “Pacesetter” award. Individually, Kevin also received the “President’s Award” for Dramatic Growth and was selected to participate in the Americas Sales Council Enterprise Selling Recognition program. Previous to IN-MI, Kevin was nationally recognized as a “Top 10” Territory Manager for the PENN-OH Trane DSO.
Beyond his work with Ingersoll Rand - Trane, Kevin has an extensive background in athletics and education. He coached men’s basketball as an assistant at The Citadel, Ohio University, and the University of Wyoming, and served as Assistant Athletics Director at Miami University (OH). Additionally, he managed a successful brokerage firm and was the Director of Admissions and Retention at the University of Rio Grande.
Kevin is a proud graduate of Fork Union Military Academy and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rio Grande and a Master’s Degree from Eastern Kentucky University. He currently resides in Southern Ohio with his wife, Steffi.
