Ray Boyer
ADVISOR
Ray Boyer has an extensive background in finance and
executive leadership, including serving as the CFO of Bechtel
Plant Machinery, where he oversaw finance, accounting, and
procurement for over 38 years, playing a critical role in the
company’s success in building nuclear reactor components
for submarines and aircraft carriers. He also served as CFO
and Board Member of SDC Nutrition, where he led a roll-up
strategy in the protein powder and supplements industry,
culminating in a successful exit in February 2024. His vast
experience in managing large-scale operations and financial
oversight has consistently driven growth and operational
efficiency.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Ray co-founded
and guided the successful exits of two prominent businesses,
PurePenn and Organic Remedies Missouri, in 2020 and 2023,
respectively. Currently, he serves as a Partner at Mercedes
Advisors, a family investment and consulting firm, and as CEO
of Missouri Leasing & Consulting, overseeing leasing and
investment portfolios. His broad expertise, which includes
ethics and compliance, strategic planning, and board
governance, positions Ray as a key asset on BlueWave
Comfort’s board of directors, where his leadership continues
to drive impact.
